GR Engineering is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Upstream Production Solutions has entered into an agreement with the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources of the Australian Government to provide operations and maintenance services to the Northern Endeavour floating production, storage and offtake facility.

GR Engineering refers to its previous announcement on 1 October 2019 in relation to the status of the Operations and Maintenance Services Agreement (O&M Agreement) between its wholly owned subsidiary, Upstream Production Solutions Pty Ltd (Upstream PS) and Timor Sea Oil & Gas Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (TOGA).
