GRES is committed to the target of zero injuries.

The management of GRES is responsible for implementing this policy through the provision of resources, systems and training across our operational areas. Health and safety considerations will be given priority in planning, supervision and execution of work ensuring compliance to legal, and align with the business core values, objectives and other requirements. 

Any aspect of the occupations health and safety procedures which is not clearly understood, must be brought to the attention of the appointed manager/supervisor and will drive continual improvement of the health and safety management systems.

This policy will be explained to all personnel at induction training and will be made available in all Company offices and to relevant interested parties, as appropriate.
