GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX:GNG) (GR Engineering or the Company) today announces that the Company’s Managing Director, Geoff Jones, has decided to resign from his position at the end of January 2023, after serving more than nine years in the role.
GR Engineering Chairman, Phil Lockyer, said: “I would like to recognise the contribution that Geoff has made to GR Engineering over the last decade. During this time, GR Engineering has matured into one of Australia’s leading engineering services groups and has become a more resilient and diversified business through both organic and inorganic growth. We thank Geoff for his leadership and we wish him well.”
During the transition period, Tony Patrizi will be the acting Managing Director. Tony Patrizi is an Executive Director of GR Engineering and is one of the original founders of the business. There is no change to Tony Patrizi’s remuneration.
The Board has commenced a search process for Geoff Jones’ replacement, as part of an orderly transition process.
