GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG) (GR Engineering) is pleased to announced that OZ Minerals Limited (ASX: OZL) (OZ Minerals) has achieved Final Investment Decision (FID) for the West Musgrave Project (the Project) located in Western Australia.
As previously announced in GR Engineering’s financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022, GR Engineering has been assisting OZ Minerals with early engineering and design works for the Project, as well as supporting long lead procurement activities, prior to being awarded with the design and construction contracts for the Project.
GR Engineering’s proposed contracts and scopes contemplate a collaborative arrangement, where it will work closely with the OZ Mineral’s project team to ensure the Project’s success.
Commenting on the achievement of FID, Mr Geoff Jones, Managing Director stated that:
