- Collection of 25t of ore sample from the first of two pits
- Completion of a significant in-fill drilling program
- Commencement of a metallurgical pilot plant.
A full description of these work programs was provided to the ASX on 25 February 2016.
Vimy’s CEO, Mike Young, commented:
“We are very pleased to have attracted a study manager of GR Engineering’s quality to join the Vimy team in the development of the Mulga Rock Project. GR Engineering has recently delivered a number of significant projects in Western Australia and overseas across a diverse range of commodities.”
